The Vashon High School project included engineering and design for a masonry and steel-framed structure with an approximate construction cost of $30M. The auditorium is 12, 316 SF with masonry bearing walls and steel framed roof; approximate construction costs were $2.5 M. The two-story high school houses a media center, administration offices, cafeteria, classrooms, science labs, childcare center, a six-lane instructional swimming pool and varsity and practice gymnasiums.
