- SSE, Inc. also performs Pre-Season Annual Limited Structural Condition Assessments to assist in identifying distress & deterioration due to exposure to the elements, and to provide recommendations for both immediate repairs and long-term maintenance and monitoring plans to help increase the life span of both newer and older portions of the theater, some of which date to the late 1920’s.
