- Two-tier precast concrete parking garage totaling 110,000 SF consisting of pre-topped double tee panels supported on invert tee beams and perimeter “L” beams
- Completed repairs to DT flanges and webs, invert tee beams, perimeter “L” beams, barrier walls, and concrete infill slabs
- Localized replacement of joints between adjacent DT panels with structural concrete slabs
- Installed protective traffic coating and corrosion inhibitor treatment over elevated levels
- Replaced expansion joints
