Vertical Expansion & Seismic Upgrade to Patient Tower C
Two-story steel structure over existing six-story concrete structure. The addition includes neonatal services, 66 private patient rooms, a nursery and support space on top of an existing five-story structure. Includes additional foundations within existing building footprint to accommodate multi-story seismic bracing. Structural steel and foundation modifications were fast track to meet aggressive schedule.
