- One two-tier and one three-tier pre-cast concrete parking garages totaling 380,000 SF consisting of p0st-topped double tee panels supported on invert tee beams and perimeter “L” beams
- Completed repairs to DT flanges and webs, invert tee beams, and columns
- Replaced joints between adjacent DT panels with structural concrete slabs
- Installed protective traffic coating and corrosion inhibitor treatment over elevated levels
- Replaced expansion joints
- Replaced lateral bracing system
